As the founder of Berkeley Eye Center in Houston, Texas, Dr. Berkeley’s commitment to leading edge technology and advanced surgical techniques was surpassed only by his passion and dedication to personal patient care provided in a friendly environment.

Dr. Berkeley was a surgical pioneer in every since of the word, traveling throughout the world to study and learn new procedures that he would then help introduce in the United States. He was involved in numerous FDA studies for both mechanical devices and pharmaceutical products and created an exciting and challenging work place that attracted the top medical talent in ophthalmology.
